How do I book a vehicle?

You can book your premium transfer online (2 hours before your intended pickup time), or you can call us (24 hours 7 days a week) on
1800 ROYALE (1800 769 253).

At Sydney International Airport, travellers are also able to book a limousine transfer directly from our Royale Limousines reservation desk, conveniently located at Arrivals Gate B (near the Virgin Domestic transfer area).

What does the service include?

Royale provides a full chauffeur car hire service. Your driver will meet and greet you inside the terminal for domestic passengers and international passengers as you clear and exit customs. They will greet you with a sign bearing your name so there is no confusion.

How long do items stay in my Shopping Cart?

Items will stay in your Shopping Cart for a maximum of 3 days. Within this 3 day period, bookings made can be confirmed and payment made using the PayPal site. Bookings made more than 3 days prior will no longer be displayed. You also have the option to Delete items in your Shopping Cart. Cookies must be enabled on your device in order for the Shopping Cart to operate.

How do I pay for my vehicle?

Royale accept online payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal (a PayPal account is NOT required). When booking online, Royale does not request either your name or email address. These values will be retrieved during the payment process.

Are there any extra charges?

Prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax, tolls and airport parking fares. There are extra charges for transfers on public holidays, transfers outside standard hours (i.e. from 10pm and before 6am), Child Restraints, Trailers and Champagne. When you proceed to book, these extra charges will be added to the quoted prices displayed on the home page.

Do I need to print out my receipt?

You will be emailed a booking confirmation. You can either print this out or note the Invoice/Booking Number (starting with LP).

Where at the airport/casino do you pickup from?

Sydney:
Domestic flights: Kerbside outside exit doors of carousel area
International flights:  Relevant exit point after coming out of customs or Royale Limousines Service desk
(located at Arrival Gate B)
Casino: Main hotel driveway, outside the hotel entrance
Melbourne:
Domestic flights: Bottom of the escalator at the limousine meeting point
International flights:  Relevant exit point after coming out of customs
Brisbane:
Bottom of the escalator next to the carousel area
Canberra:
Bottom of the escalator as you come down to the carousel area
Gold Coast:
Exit doors of carousel area

Your chauffeur will have a sign bearing your name.

Can you pickup passengers from multiple flights for the same booking?

No, we only deal with one flight number per booking.
