Grab Your Fork: Jonah's, Whale Beach
On the Winter menu you will find dishes such as:
- Tasmanian Huon Salmon Confit with pickled ginger, orange, puffed wild rice, wasabi and nori powder
- Barramundi from Northern Territory Pan seared with soft-shell crab, pickled bamboo shoots, chilli, kaffir lime and coriander
- Manuka honey and cinnamon crumble with confit mandarin, orange bavarois, yoghurt and mandarin sorbet
During whale season (peak time is May to September), diners at Jonah’s have a good chance of spotting humpbacks from their restaurant table, said Jonah’s Marketing Manager, Kim Read.
